November 2, 2010 was a day in time for us. We celebrated our marriage at Sandy Valley Ranch on horseback and the day exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect moment. An idyllic place, people wonderful, smiling, nothing was too small to care for us. Our marriage will remain magic and an unforgettable moment for us. From the covered wagon where we spend our last night of being ‘single’ , absolutely delicious meals that the staff served us, our Judge Dawn was very nice. Margie and Robert (our witnesses) who have become very good friends, a more than competent staff, much interesting activities….. Everything and everyone helped us to live our fairytale. Our weddding was the most beautiful day we ever had.The weather was perfect,even if it rain or something ,Our day will still be perfect.It went so smoothy and in order.Margie with the help from your staff was great. My husband I wanted an memorable and affordable destination wedding event that our friends and family would always remember. We did a traditional ceremony in Las Vegas and the rented a luxury bus (referral from SVR Ranch) that would transport our guests from the glitzy Strip to a Western Adventure! Our guests loved changing to their cowboy boots and jeans from their dresses and suits. Our experience was amazing. Our guests had a great time throwing axes, herding cattle, and riding horses. The lodge was beautifully decorated with twinkling lights which captured the warmth of the ranch. The band was very talented and well versed in requests which assisted our guests in non-stop dancing. My husband and I are quite familiar with good food and the barbecue dinner was provided fabulous. Our guests still talk about this being the best wedding they ever attended. I can honestly say I had my dream wedding at the Sandy Valley Ranch! I think Mr. Bryan would agree too! There are so many different reasons for it being an awesome time...
  • Everyone was so helpful and easy to work with, from the initial meeting to go over options to our wedding day when everything went smoothly.
  • The setting is so romantic and personal.
  • The food is delicious, people were still talking about it when I got back to work from our honeymoon.
  • All of the Sandy Valley Ranch folks that helped were very nice and courteous to my guests.
  • Everyone had so much fun there, even the kids enjoyed checking out the goats, chickens, horses, and pigs:)

I totally appreciate all of Margie's help, with the decorations, set up, helping our guests, and everything she did to make sure the whole event went off without a hitch! She totally understood what elements of our wedding and reception mattered the most to me and made sure those elements exceeded my expectations! I lost my grandma a couple of years ago and she was a huge part of my life and I wanted her memory to be part of our wedding. Margie set up a very nicely decorated table near the guest entrance where I could set up my grandma's photo and some special mementos from her.

The Sandy Valley Ranch is a special, magical place that you need to experience to understand. The way the sunset is highlighted through the mesquites, the stars twinkling and shooting across the sky, and coyotes howling in the distance!

My favorite part of this whole wedding was the fact that I could focus on Bryan and I having a special, memorable day without worrying about the details of everything else. Bryan has a lot of anxiety about big, social events and he even admitted after we got home that he enjoyed the whole thing:) I consider that a success! Krystal and Bryan, September 2011
