At Sandy Valley Ranch, those days exist not in
history books but for real. Join us at the ranch, 45 minutes and 100
years from the tumbling dice and neon lights of Las Vegas, and play
cowpoke for real, pushin’ them cattle across the range like a genuine
John Wayne.
Our skilled staff of wranglers will help you push those cows through
the plains, washes and windy canyons of the majestic Clark Mountains
and herd them home into holding corrals. You can learn to throw a
rope, saddle and bridle your horse and even get a few tips on how
to sit comfortably on our well-trained mounts.
After a glorious day of playing cowboy for real, you can come and
get’cher gourmet grub around a crackling campfire, trade tall tales
and sleep under the stars in our authentic range teepees, accompanied
by a coyote chorus (if them varmints ain’t feelin’ lazy).
WHAT WE PROVIDE
The Ranch will provide you with a herd of frisky
longhorns and corriente cattle (those speedy little dogies favored
by rodeos in the calf roping contests); hearty chuck wagon meals,
tents, sleeping bags, pillows, flashlights and everything you need
to make your roundup as real and as safe as possible. We’ll even dress
you for the part with chaps, dusters, 10-gallon hats and neckerchiefs,
and we’ll come tote you from Las Vegas in our air-conditioned vans,
leaving from designated locations on the Las Vegas Strip. Or, if you
desire, you can travel by helicopter for a thrilling, scenic flight
to the Ranch over dramatic country that would take days to cover by
horse and wagon.
We offer additional packages for friends, children and mates who choose
not to participate in the entire roundup. They can join you for lunches
and trail rides while you play out your workin’ cowboy fantasies.
Please check the local weather and dress appropriately before
joining us in jeans, boots, and long-sleeved shirts. And don’t forget
your sunblock.

person/day
• 2-4 people - $425 per person/day

If you fancy comin' out to us by helicopter, call for prices on
helicopter tours. Flights are approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Transportation
to the heliport is available. In the spirit of the Wild West, times
and schedules are approximate and are subject to change.
We’ll fly you over the neon fantasy of the
Las Vegas Strip, by the magnificent red cliffs of the Spring Mountains,
and into the serene mosaic of the Mohave Desert. When you land at
our private, paved Sandy Valley Ranch airport we will be pick you
up in a surrey drawn by our magnificent team of Belgian Draft Horses
and take on a short ride to the Ranch where your Cowboy Roundup
will begin.
Our Transportation Wrangler will drive you to the Ranch for all
packages over $300.
